We’ll start with a quick consultation (via phone or video call) to discuss your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, eating habits, and any limitations or preferences. This helps me design a plan that fits you.

2. Personalized Workout Plan
You’ll receive a fully customised training program tailored to your goals, schedule, and available equipment—whether you train at home, at the gym, or while travelling.

3. Nutrition Guidance
Alongside your workouts, you’ll receive practical nutrition support to help you fuel your body and reach your goals. You can track your food directly in the app, making it easier to stay consistent, accountable, and aware of your habits. No strict diets—just real, sustainable guidance.

4. App-Based Tracking
All your workouts and nutrition are logged in one place using my coaching app. You’ll be able to:
